Renting

Although there is all this pressure to buy property, you don’t have to buy a property if you don’t want to. People who want to travel or like the flexibility of location choose to rent. This way you agree to pay to live in a property on a short term basis for an agreed fee – look at it like a loan of the property. Sometime this period can be as little as 4 weeks and at the end of it you pack your bags and leave with no strings.

Renting is how students select accommodation when they go off to Uni. Be it in student halls or housing legal contracts are put in place to pay the landlord (the owner of the property) an agreed sum over an agreed period.

Renting allows you to easily property share with a group of friends without the responsibility of owning a property and being responsible for its upkeep.
